Hey there! I’m Jay Freitas — a creative marketing strategist, proud husband, and girl dad to the coolest daughter around. I’m currently earning my Master’s in Marketing and bringing big ideas to life through bold storytelling, smart strategy, and a whole lot of heart.

Digital Marketing Portfolio
As part of my graduate work in Digital Marketing at Lasell University, I took on the legendary brand Sesame Street and gave it a 21st-century makeover. My project? Mapping the full customer persona lifecycle and crafting a powerful social media optimization plan tailored for TikTok and Instagram.
I developed strategies using psychographic and behavioral segmentation to reach three core audiences. Each journey was guided by data-driven decision-making—from re-engagement emails and SEO-fueled discovery to emotionally rich influencer marketing.
I also designed a custom attribution model and interactive content calendar, and analyzed TikTok vs. Instagram performance using KPIs like engagement rate, ROAS, and follower growth.
